Hi, I'm Pauline. I love teaching dance fitness classes. The reason is simple: It's FUN and it's good for your mind and body! You don't have to be a dancer to join. Just move your body and follow my lead.
Pauline grew up performing and competing in local schools doing contemporary, ballet, hip-hop, ballroom, folk/international and modern dance.
Years later, Pauline became a certified group fitness Instructor & Trainer under the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and the National Academy Of Sports Medicine helping her students to stay active, healthy, and (re) discover their inner dancer.
